Tom Harris

Tom joined Nereus Medical Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer following 24 years of service in the United States Navy and receiving his B.S. in International Business.  After initial training as a Hospital Corpsman, he attended Deep Sea Diving Medical training at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City, Florida.  For more than 20 years Tom worked with special operations commands to include Navy Diving and Salvage, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and Naval Special Warfare.   As a highly trained military medical professional with extensive training in medicine, medical planning, tactical operations, diving, hyperbaric therapy, and low visibility operations, he has worked at the highest levels of the Department of Defense.  While assigned to Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Tom developed and employed medical operations and contingency plans for military operations around the globe. He has worked extensively with cross cultural medical teams building medical clinics, medical training programs and developing preventative medicine initiatives in multiple combat theaters, as well as operations outside the declared theatre of armed conflict.
