Transfer of critical COVID-19 patient

Nereus Medical Solutions was contacted by a client urgently requesting assistance with a patient who was hospitalized on a ventilator with COVID-19, and in dire need of a higher level of care. Within six hours of receiving the call Nereus was able to mobilize our vast network to facilitate transfer to a major medical facility in the Washington DC area. One of the first COVID-19 patients successfully treated with ECMO,  the end result was a full recovery despite being critically ill.

Hurricane Dorian Response - Bahamas

In September 2019, Nereus Medical Solutions quickly mobilized as part of a response following landfall of a Category 5 storm in the Bahamas. As part of the initial response, our teams were instrumental in treating both trauma and medical emergencies, as well as coordinating multiple medical evacuations. Additionally, the team provided real time survey data on existing healthcare infrastructure, roadways, and landing strips, which was instrumental in organizing additional aid and follow on resources. Our team showcased once again the ability to quickly respond for sustained operations, save lives, and provide multiple services in addition to providing medical treatment.
